  3. TKframeRect is used to hilite text selections in this stack.  See TKframeRect in the ToolKit‚Ñ¢ XCMDs section for details.

  5. This XCMD allows you to specify the rectangle, pensize, color, and flash rate.  A rate of zero just puts a rectangular outline on the screen which can be seen on the Licensing and Registration section of this stack.
